Dr. Rob Wagner DMD, MD, FRCD(C)

“I am dedicated to my profession and will always provide the best possible care to each individual I meet and see no matter the problem. I am open, sympathetic, and always learning ways to serve you better.”
Dr. Rob Wagner was born and raised in Saskatchewan. After completing his dental degree at the University of Saskatchewan he moved to Detroit Michigan where he began his Oral Maxillofacial specialty residency. This residency was a dual degree where Dr. Wagner completed his Medical Degree and his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training. From Detroit, he traveled south with his wife and family to Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He took the role as assistant Professor at Nova Southeastern University in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery where he was involved in undergraduate and post-graduate clinical training. From Florida, once his wife finished her post graduate training, Oakland California was the next move. Dr. Wagner worked at Kaiser Permanente Hospital in the Department of Head and Neck Surgery. This appointment was hospital based practice, where he established a solid foundation for orthognathic surgery, treating patients with various oral maxillofacial needs in a very busy surgical practice that serviced Northern California.
After 5 years in California, all the experience, and satisfaction with the work at Kaiser Permanente, it was still not home, like Saskatchewan. A great opportunity to build a practice here in Regina, Saskatchewan came along, with the support and encouragement of the Regina Orthodontic Group.
Since opening practice in Regina, August 2009 on Albert St., the business has grown, and Provincial Oral Surgery has relocated to a larger space in Gardiner Park to service the needs of Regina residents and surrounding areas.
Dr. Wagner continues full scope Oral and Maxillofacial Surgical practice. He feels fortunate to have the chance to travel to various places learning from other surgeons and attending clinical meetings with the intent to always provide the best possible care for his patients and all those that support the practice.
When he’s not treating patients he enjoys spending time with his wife and children here in Regina.
“Without the path that led me here, I would be at a loss. In that path, there are many individuals I think of daily who are part of every decision I make, thank you!”
